All students have a school diary. These are for the use of parents/carers and staff to share useful information on a weekly or daily basis, dependent on the individual needs of each student. The diary keeps a record of the student's weekly targets for behaviour and learning. It also records merit points and house points for parents to follow when their child has made excellent effort at school. The vertical tutor is the key contact for your child so if you would like to speak in more detail about any issues please leave a note in the diary for the tutor to call you. Alternatively please contact the school office on 0208 845 5766 or at admin@belvue.ealing.sch.uk who will be happy to provide you with any practical information required or make contact with the appropriate member of staff for you.

All key dates including half terms, early and late finishes are on the CALENDAR DATES PAGE

The school timetable for the week can be downloaded here

School meals are provided by Feeding Hungry Minds catering. The menu for this year can be seen here. School meals should be paid online here. If you have any queries or information about your child's dietary requirements please contact the school office regarding this.

Payments for school trips and food technology contributions are made via the parentpay website. Afterschool clubs for the first half of the autumn term are free but in future will be collected on the parentpay website too. All parents will therefore need to register online and if you have not already received your logon or have lost this please contact the school office for this to be sent to you. The school charging policy regarding trips can be viewed on the school's policies page.

The school offers a variety of afterschool and holiday activities many of which are subsidised by external funding. Letters are sent home at the beginning of each half term regarding the offer available. Helen Seraphin-Mobbs is the clubs co-ordinator and can be contacted via the school office or at Helensm@belvue.ealing.sch.uk
